RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:


We are happy to accept a return only if the service has been missed by the doctor. We can refund to source.

 

INITIATING A REQUEST:
Write to us at umsmahesh22@gmail.com within 48 hours of booking the appointment along with the reason for cancellation. If it is later than this, write to us and let’s work together to see what we can do.

We will provide detailed instructions by email regarding booking an alternative appointment. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.

 

RE-SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENT:
In case of an rescheduling, we will confirm on the alternative time and day as per doctor's availability.

 

REFUND:
The refund will be processed only after validation.

Your funds can be refunded to source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Naren eye care. Refund will reflect in the “source account” between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
